Returns & Refund Policy

Once an order has been processed and shipped, this policy will be the sole reference used to evaluate any claims, requests, or disputes regarding refunds, replacements, or product issues. By completing a purchase with Layer One Supplies, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below.

1. All Sales Final After Shipment

Once an order has been processed and shipped, it cannot be canceled, returned, or refunded under any circumstances, except as explicitly outlined in this policy.

We do not offer refunds or returns for:

  • Change of mind

  • Ordering the wrong product

  • Products that do not meet personal expectations

  • Incompatibility with your equipment, workflow, or installation preferences

  • Failure to read product descriptions or specifications

It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure product suitability before placing an order.

2. Limited Eligibility for Product Issues

Refunds or replacements will only be considered under the following conditions:

  • The product is damaged during shipping

  • The product is defective or faulty upon arrival

  • The product received is materially different from what was advertised

In these limited cases, Layer One Supplies reserves the right to either:

  • Replace the product, or

  • Issue store credit, or

  • Issue a refund (at our sole discretion)

3. Reporting a Product Issue

To be eligible for consideration, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery and provide:

  • Order number

  • Clear photos and/or video evidence of the issue

  • A written description of the problem

Claims submitted without sufficient documentation or outside the 48-hour window will not be approved.

4. Shipping Damage Claims

If your shipment arrives damaged:

  • You must document the damage before opening the package when possible

  • Retain all original packaging

  • Provide clear photos of the shipping box, label, and damaged product

Failure to follow these steps may void your eligibility for compensation.

5. No Refunds for Incorrect Orders

We do not issue refunds or replacements for:

  • Wrong product ordered by customer

  • Incorrect quantity ordered

  • Products that differ from expectations after shipment

  • Products damaged due to improper handling, storage, or installation

6. Unauthorized Returns

Any return sent without prior written approval will be refused and returned to sender at the customer’s expense.

7. Chargebacks & Disputes

Initiating a chargeback without first contacting Layer One Supplies to resolve the issue is considered a breach of this policy and may result in permanent account suspension.

We maintain detailed records of all shipments, communications, and transactions to respond to any disputes.
